The birth of the bridge training program<\/h3>

1019 secondary school teachers from Portugal, Slovenia, and Hungary took part in our survey. Their voices helped us shape something meaningful.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

The insights gained from our international survey painted a clear picture: generational gaps in the teaching profession go far beyond digital skills. Based on the responses, the most pressing challenges faced by teachers today include:<\/p>

  • Communication gaps across generations<\/p><\/li>

  • Differing approaches to technology and teaching methods<\/p><\/li>

  • Burnout, stress, and feelings of professional isolation<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    These findings became the foundation for the\u00a0BridGE training program<\/strong>, designed to support teachers through a new, holistic approach. The program is built on three key pillars:<\/p>

    Emotional Intelligence<\/h3>

    Understanding and managing our own emotions \u2013 and those of others \u2013 to improve connection and collaboration in the classroom.<\/em><\/p>

    Mindfulness<\/h3>

    Preventing burnout and restoring balance through presence, reflection, and stress-reducing techniques.<\/em><\/p>

    Digital Tools & Artificial Intelligence<\/h3>

    Leveraging technology not just for teaching, but for building bridges between educators of different generations.<\/em><\/p>

    The goal of the BridGE program goes beyond transferring technical knowledge. It aims to create a\u00a0shared language<\/strong>\u00a0where both younger and more experienced teachers can feel at home \u2013 and feel heard.<\/p>

    More than a training, BridGE is a\u00a0toolkit for restarting dialogue<\/strong>\u00a0between teaching generations. And this is only the beginning.<\/p>
