training wasn\u2019t just created on paper \u2013 it was tested in real classrooms, with real teachers.<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"434\">To make sure our program resonates with educators across generations, we organized two pilot workshops:<\/p><p data-start=\"436\" data-end=\"670\">\ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf9\u00a0<strong data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"475\">Oliveira do Hospital, Portugal<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 where our project partners involved teachers from their own schools.<br data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"549\" \/>\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddee\u00a0<strong data-start=\"554\" data-end=\"573\">\u017dalec, Slovenia<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 where another group of secondary school teachers experienced the interactive training in full.<\/p><p data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"750\"><strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"687\">Our aim<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"750\">To gather authentic feedback directly from the participants:<\/p><ul data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"887\"><li data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"804\"><p data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"804\"><em data-start=\"753\" data-end=\"802\">Does the training support teachers\u2019 well-being?<\/em><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"887\"><p data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"887\"><em data-start=\"807\" data-end=\"885\">Can it foster collaboration between younger and more experienced colleagues?<\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"918\">The responses were inspiring:<\/p><p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1135\"><em data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"997\">\u201cFinally, a training that offers not just knowledge, but understanding.\u201d<\/em><br data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1000\" \/><em data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1074\">\u201cI was surprised how similar our challenges are \u2013 regardless of age.\u201d<\/em><br data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1077\" \/><em data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1135\">\u201cFor the first time, AI tools actually felt helpful.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"1137\" data-end=\"1313\">Thanks to this feedback, we further refined the training content.
