Two countries, one goal: testing the bridge training in portugal and slovenia

The BridGE training wasn’t just created on paper – it was tested in real classrooms, with real teachers.

To make sure our program resonates with educators across generations, we organized two pilot workshops:

🇵🇹 Oliveira do Hospital, Portugal – where our project partners involved teachers from their own schools.
🇸🇮 Žalec, Slovenia – where another group of secondary school teachers experienced the interactive training in full.

Our aim

To gather authentic feedback directly from the participants:

• Does the training support teachers’ well-being?

• Can it foster collaboration between younger and more experienced colleagues?

The responses were inspiring:

“Finally, a training that offers not just knowledge, but understanding.”
“I was surprised how similar our challenges are – regardless of age.”
“For the first time, AI tools actually felt helpful.”

Thanks to this feedback, we further refined the training content. Our goal is clear: to make BridGE a flexible, Europe-wide solution – designed by teachers, for teachers.
