3. Duration of data processing

  • Contact details (name, email, telephone number) are processed until the accounts related to the conference have been settled, unless it becomes necessary to enforce a civil law claim.
  • Invoicing data are retained for the period prescribed by accounting legislation.

4. Data processors and data transfers

Data is collected through Google's „Appointment schedule” service. Google (as data processor) provides the technical infrastructure under its own data protection rules. Where data is transferred to a third country (outside the EU), Google provides appropriate safeguards.

5. Rights of data subjects

You may request the following from the Data Controller:

  • Access: information on the data processed and a request for a copy.
  • Rectification: correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure or restriction: erasure of data or restriction of its processing in specified cases.
