Training methodology: learn more effectively, teach in a more inspiring way

Insedo’s innovative educational approach helps make learning an experience.
Discover how we combine traditional methods with digital learning materials and how we support teachers in continuous professional development.

Introduction – Why is training methodology important?

Effective training depends not only on the course material but also on how it is delivered. Insedo's approach to training methodology combines best pedagogical practices, the use of digital learning materials, and the experience gained through teacher training and continuing professional development.

Methodological pillars

1. Practice-oriented learning

Our courses prepare participants for real-life situations. Whether through study-skills development, project-based tasks or group work, we always put theory into practice. This develops problem-solving skills and independent thinking.

2. Blended learning and digital learning materials

We combine the advantages of online and in-person teaching. Digital learning material and interactive e‑learning modules support the in-person sessions, so students can work at their own pace. This is especially useful for those studying alongside a job.

3. Individual learning pathways

We believe no two learners are alike. Our courses can be tailored: the study skills techniques help identify who is a visual, auditory or more hands-on learner, and we shape the tasks accordingly. Based on individual feedback we continuously adjust the learning plan.

4. Modern teacher education and continuing professional development

Our instructors regularly participate in teacher education and continuing professional development programmes to stay up to date with pedagogical trends. Our methodology continues to evolve through our cooperation with teacher-training centres and continuing professional development providers. We are also happy to share our experience with other institutions.

5. Erasmus+ and international programmes

We are active participants in the Erasmus+ teacher professional development programmes. Through our international experience we acquire modern teaching methods, which we then apply in our courses in Hungary. Taking part in international projects also gives our colleagues and partners the chance to gain experience abroad.

What they said about us

The training was effective; I was able to improve further on platforms I already knew and I also became familiar with new programmes.
Thank you very much for the direct tone and for explaining useful information clearly.
This training course was very useful for me and I am completely satisfied with several things about it. The first is the trainer's work. Alongside clear, understandable explanations I found an entirely helpful attitude. I also liked that the course material itself was not crammed full of useless material.
I was able to learn to use platforms that are genuinely useful and that students also enjoy. The amount of material was perfect: it required work, but still fit alongside 30 teaching hours per week. I got exactly what I had hoped for when I enrolled in this training. Thank you very much!
Thank you very much for the opportunity to take part in the training. It greatly enriched my teaching toolkit and gave both me and my students fresh momentum through the use of the applications we learned about.
All the information presented was very useful. Everything was easy to follow. The learning materials built on each other well. We could review the lesson content when completing the assignments, which was an enormous help.
The training was very useful and practical. It added a great deal to my teaching methods. By applying what I learned in the course, I will be able to deliver much more up-to-date and enjoyable lessons for students.
Without exaggeration, this professional development course was the best and most useful training of my life. Methodologically, I got exactly what I needed, because I can now make those lessons for which we have no teaching material much more interesting and varied.
I would especially like to thank the presenter for the very precise and detailed explanations, helpfulness, and positive attitude!
