Our story

Since 2009, we have been a major player in the Hungarian adult education and vocational training market. As a nationally recognised training institution, we bring a fresh approach to both individual and corporate training through innovative methods and a practice-oriented approach.

The story of Insedo Ltd. was born from professional dedication and strong family cohesion. The company was founded by Miklós Horváth, a recognised expert in regulated adult education and vocational training, who - with more than two decades of experience - was at the forefront of developing adult education in Hungary.

Today, his son Patrik Horváth serves as managing director, ensuring that the company’s core values and mission continue. As a family business, we place particular emphasis on human relationships, long-term cooperation, and personal care, whether with our partners, learners, or employees.

Environmental responsibility and innovation

We consciously strive to reduce our environmental impact while remaining open to new solutions. Our innovation efforts are reflected in strengthening digitalization, developing e-learning, and creating a sustainable work environment. In our modernized office, we work with minimal paper use, collect waste selectively, prefer reusable or recycled equipment, and aim to reduce plastic use.

Social responsibility and community engagement

Our CSR activities focus on supporting culture and sport, animal welfare, and community building. As a dog-friendly workplace, we build an open, inclusive community where acceptance and accessibility are core values. It is important to us to involve local businesses, whether in e-learning development or implementation work.

Responsibility towards one another

With us, people do not simply work together as colleagues; they form a close-knit community. We strive to ensure that everyone feels safe, valued, and supported.

Supporting sport

Following professional and personal discussions, it was decided that Insedo Ltd. would become the title sponsor of Veszprém Basketball Club. The decision felt natural because both parties represent the same values: commitment to the community, perseverance in achieving goals, and a passion for continuous improvement.

This cooperation is special on several levels:

• Connecting generations: At the club, managing director Miklós Naményi passed the baton to his son, Márk Naményi, while at Insedo a generational transition also took place when Miklós Horváth entrusted company leadership to his son, Patrik Horváth. This parallel not only connects the worlds of sport and business, but also symbolizes how experience and knowledge continue with renewed momentum in the hands of the next generation.
• Why basketball? Team sports strengthen local identity, set an example for younger generations, and contribute to building a healthy, active community. Just as Miklós Horváth and Miklós Naményi once played together as teammates, a generation later Márk and Patrik also played for the same team. This shared experience and team spirit continue to shape their relationship today.
• Shared goals: Together with the club, we support the three pillars of sustainability:
  • Youth development – so talented young people can develop with the right professional support.
  • International connections – so Veszprém basketball can also be present on the international stage.
  • Community building – so the love of sport can reach as many people as possible and strengthen cohesion in the city.
• Forward on and beyond the court: Through our naming sponsorship, professional and communication support, and active presence in the fan community, we want to help Veszprém basketball players experience as many unforgettable moments as possible. Our commitment to sport is reflected not only on the court, but also in Insedo’s everyday operations. We believe that teamwork, perseverance, and fair play create value in business just as they do in sport.
