Training title: Development of business skills, strategic planning
Training objective:
The objective of the training is to understand the strategic foundations of building a business and to create
a customized business plan for the selected market.
Detailed description of the training: During the programme, participants develop their skills through practice-oriented methods and case studies
and group tasks in the areas of business modelling, market and
competitor analysis, as well as product and service development. Participants become familiar with
the practical application of S.M.A.R.T. goal setting, pricing models, and buyer persona creation,
thereby acquiring a strategic mindset that supports the sustainable
growth and market competitiveness of their business.
Training title: Leadership development training
Training objective:
The aim of the training is to develop participants’ leadership skills, deepen their self-awareness,
increase their communication effectiveness, and strengthen their conflict-management, motivational, and decision-making
skills, as well as help them acquire stress-management and energy-management techniques for
effective and conscious leadership.
Detailed description of the training:
During the programme, participants learn about the characteristics of leadership roles and styles,
methods of task delegation, communication, and conflict management, and
acquire a toolkit for effective group management. Special emphasis is placed on motivational
theories and techniques that support team cooperation and improve
performance. Through a practice-oriented approach, the training helps leaders carry out their management duties more consciously,
confidently, and effectively.
Training title: Fundamentals of artificial intelligence
Training objective:
The aim of the training is for participants to gain comprehensive knowledge of artificial
intelligence systems, with particular emphasis on large language models (e.g. ChatGPT) and other generative AI
systems.
Detailed description of the training:
During the training, participants become familiar with the history of AI,
its main areas—such as machine learning, neural networks, and data analysis—as well as
ethical and legal issues. The aim of the programme is to enable learners to
recognise how AI can be applied in everyday life and in the world of work. The course’s
practice-oriented approach helps participants confidently use AI-based
tools and technologies.
Training title: Artificial intelligence in office work.
Training objective:
During the training, participants learn through practical examples how
artificial intelligence can support everyday administrative, communication, and
data-management tasks in Google Workspace (Gemini) and Microsoft Excel (Copilot).
Detailed description of the training: The first module introduces the basic functions of Gemini and presents
its integration into the Google office environment. Participants learn advanced uses of Gemini,
with particular emphasis on presentation creation and support for automated workflows.
The next part of the training presents the possibilities of Excel Copilot for intelligently supporting data management and
data processing. Finally, the training analyzes the main differences between Gemini and Copilot
and offers practical strategies for their combined,
effective use to increase organisational efficiency.
Training title: Google Workspace skills
Training objective:
During the training, participants become familiar with the core
Google Workspace applications and their integrated use. They gain practical experience with Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar,
Docs, Slides, Forms, Chat, and Sites, including features that effectively support teamwork,
helping them improve both personal and organisational efficiency.
Detailed description of the training:
During the programme, participants learn the functions of Google Drive and related
applications—Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms—as well as the possibilities of real-time collaboration.
The training covers the integrated use of Gmail, Calendar, Meet, and Chat, which
supports online communication and teamwork. Participants also learn
digital solutions for task management, note-taking, and personal organisation, thereby increasing
their efficiency and the transparency of workflows within the Google ecosystem.
Training title: Excel and Google Sheets skills
Training objective:
The aim of the training is for participants to confidently use, beyond the basic functions,
more complex tools supporting data analysis, data visualization, and teamwork in both
Excel and Google Sheets, while recognising the strengths and common features of the two applications.
Detailed description of the training:
The aim of the Excel and Google Sheets training is for participants to
confidently use both spreadsheet applications to support data analysis, visualization, and
teamwork. The curriculum introduces fundamental spreadsheet techniques,
more advanced methods of data processing and using functions, as well as tools for data visualization and
reporting. Participants learn to manage larger datasets,
create reports, and work effectively in real-time, cloud-based collaborative
environments. The practice-oriented approach of the training develops digital and problem-solving
competencies, supporting efficient, data-driven work.
