We welcome students in both vocational secondary-school and university dual training programmes!

At INSEDO Ltd., development really is a shared endeavor.

As a company specialising in training, training development and support, and consulting, we work every day to help our clients operate more efficiently, confidently, and in more modern ways. To do this, we need young people who want to learn, grow, and test themselves in real-life situations.

What defines us

  • open, supportive team
  • professionalism
  • high professional standards
  • innovation and a drive for development

Why is dual training important to us?

We believe that the professionals of the future cannot be trained from textbooks alone. The best response to the challenges of the labour market is for young people to do work during their studies that supports their progress, so that by the time they receive the qualification they are aiming for (a certificate or degree), they have enough experience to find employment as new entrants to the labour market.

DUAL TRAINING AT INSEDO

How does dual training work at INSEDO?

Alongside your studies, you also spend time at our company, not as an observer but as an active team member. You learn how corporate administration, financial management, and project work operate, and what skills are needed in a modern business environment.

As a vocational secondary-school student

If you are training to become a business administration clerk and choose us for your practical training, you get to know our administrative processes, our records management system, our IT environment and our financial processes, and you can also sit in on negotiations with partners and will certainly be given work that matches your interests. With us you can learn how an office, administrative and service environment really works. That is a huge advantage when starting your career. What is more, our HR manager will help you prepare for the obstacles awaiting you on the labour market.

University-level dual training at INSEDO

In cooperation with the University of Pannonia’s programmes in Veszprém, we mainly welcome students enrolled in the BSc programme in Business Administration and Management. During your time with us, you can gain insight into company operations from A to Z:

  • you can work on business analysis
  • you can take part in process development
  • you can gain insight into HR processes and take part in developing and operating the HR strategy
  • you can carry out strategic preparation work
  • you can get involved in the day-to-day work of company management as the managing director’s “right hand.”

What do we offer you?

What our students said

“I felt that I was genuinely helping a lot.”
“I would highlight the lunches together—true, with different people every day, but that was exactly what made it enjoyable.”
“Honest yet constructive criticism helped me move forward in everyday work.”
“Whenever we got stuck or had difficulty with a particular task, we always received the help and explanation we needed.”
“I could finally use my creative side!”

Frequently asked questions

Do I need prior experience?

Previous experience is an advantage, but you will not be at a disadvantage if you do not have any. That is exactly why you are here: to gain it. Your personality matters just as much; if it fits our team, your chances increase.

How much will I earn?

You will receive the statutory allowance applicable to dual training, transparently and fairly.

How many days will I spend at the company?

This is determined by the study schedule, but before each semester we will explain exactly what to expect.

What happens after the training?

If you enjoy being here and we also see potential in you, we may offer you a job. If the timing is not right for some reason, we still will not forget you: when a vacancy or a new entry-level position becomes available, the first people we contact are those we have already worked with as students.
