2. Products and services available for purchase
MOCK EXAM
- Both the written and oral mock examinations are the property of our institution. Their resale or copying is not permitted.
- The written and oral examination materials are compiled to closely reflect the materials used in actual language examinations. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that the level of materials given to individual candidates in an actual examination will fully match the difficulty of the mock examination materials. Our school excludes liability for any damage arising from such differences.
- A successful mock examination does not guarantee success in the actual examination. If the mock examination is successful but the actual examination is unsuccessful, our school cannot provide compensation, but we can assist with any request for review and its professional preparation.
- We recommend requesting an oral assessment from our school in addition to the written mock examination, as these may improve the chances of success in the examination.
- Recording the oral mock examination is not permitted unless our school has given prior written consent.
- By submitting an online application for a mock examination, the Applicant expressly declares that our school has fulfilled its information obligations towards them, in particular, but not exclusively, regarding the fee, format, assessment and duration of the mock examination service.
- Written mock exam: our school undertakes to provide the mock exam electronically for the price published on our website. It is up to the candidate when they return the completed mock exam, also electronically, to the info@insedo.hu address. Our school undertakes to mark the mock exam returned this way within 3 working days and to send the result to the candidate electronically.
- Oral mock examination: Our school undertakes to provide the candidate with an examiner at a pre-arranged time, for the same duration as specified for the actual examination. The oral mock examination includes an examination situation imitating the actual examination, in which an instructor trained as an examiner simulates the conditions of the actual examination, examines the candidate and, immediately after the examination, provides a 5-minute oral assessment of the mock examination.
- Testing listening comprehension is not part of the mock examination. On request, we provide a free practice exercise for this purpose.
- The Applicant acknowledges that our school is entitled to postpone the mock examination by up to 5 working days if a suitably qualified examiner is not available at the times indicated by the Applicant.
- If our school is unable to arrange the oral mock examination within five working days, the amount paid must be refunded to the Applicant. In this case, the full fee will be refunded.
- The full fee for the mock examination must be paid no later than on the day the mock examination begins, against the invoice provided/sent to the Applicant, either in cash or by bank transfer. If the Applicant fails to meet the payment deadline indicated on the invoice, our institution cannot be required to hold the mock examination.
- If the candidate is not available for the oral examination at the time agreed in writing in advance, our school cannot be required to provide another appointment. If the Applicant nevertheless wishes to arrange a new appointment, our school may provide one subject to an additional fee equal to 50% of the mock examination fee. If the Applicant can credibly prove that the absence was due to circumstances beyond their control, our school may consider waiving the additional fee.
- The Applicant declares that they have the technical conditions required for the training. Our school accepts no liability for problems arising for this reason.
- Our school guarantees that it uses only legally licensed teaching materials.
- The Applicant may submit any complaint in writing to our school's customer service department, which has 10 working days to investigate it. In all other respects, the provisions of Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection shall apply.
- The applicant hereby declares that they have read the Privacy Notice (insedo.hu) and has consented to the collection, processing and use of their personal data. Insedo Ltd. informs the Applicant that the Privacy Notice is available for further study at the www.insedo.hu page, and at our school's customer service desk.
- Our school does not make video or audio recordings of the online mock examination and does not authorise such recordings. Our school expressly excludes liability if any third party, including but not limited to the Applicant or any other person, makes a video or audio recording or photocopy of the mock examinations.
3. Ordering process
You may add products to the Cart without logging in; however, before placing an order you must log in to the system. You can only do this if you register. Registration can be found under the relevant menu item. If you are a registered customer but have forgotten your password, use the password reminder on the Login page. If you enter your registered email address there, your password will be sent to you by email. You can log in using the Login menu item. Enter your registered email address and password, then press the login button. If login is successful, your registered email address and a logout button will appear in this window, allowing you to leave the store.
After you finalise your order, we will send an automatic confirmation to the email address you provided, containing the details of your order. If you do not receive such an email, the system has not accepted your order. In this case, please contact us in the manner already indicated using the operator's contact details.
Once we have processed your order, we will send an Order Completed confirmation to the email address you provided. The product will only be dispatched after this.
You can track the progress of your order until it is completed using the Order Tracking menu item. Here you can also find all previous orders you have submitted to our Webshop. Each order is identified by a unique order number.
4. Processing orders
Orders are processed on working days between 8:00 and 16:00. Orders may also be placed outside the stated processing hours, but if an order is placed after working hours, it will only be processed on the next working day.
5. Payment methods for ordered products
- Payment by advance bank transfer:
Once we have confirmed your order, the confirmation email will contain our bank account number and the order number, which must be included in the reference/message field of the bank transfer. The product will only be handed over to the courier service after the transferred amount has been credited to our bank account. (Our bank account number can be found under the operator details.) Current participation fees and conditions for training courses are available on the relevant training course's own subpage. - The technical conditions for card payment are provided by UniCredit Bank. UniCredit Bank, the service provider, is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number: I-1400/2001
How payment works: In the webshop the customer selects the service they wish to pay for by card and adds it to the basket. When finalising the order, clicking the "Order" button takes the customer to the bank's secure payment page, where the first step is to enter the card details (card number, name on the card, expiry (month/year), and CVC code if the card has one). The card details never reach the merchant. Our webshop system holds the security protocol that carries out the transaction.
After entering the card details, clicking the 'payment' button causes the bank to initiate the transaction. Following payment, you are returned to the webshop, where our webshop system always provides confirmation of the transaction result. In the case of bank card payment, after a successful transaction (that is, if the bank card is accepted, deemed valid and has sufficient funds), the bank initiates the debit of the customer's account. The amount debited equals the price of the goods or service displayed and approved during the transaction.
In the event of a complaint by the cardholder
- The customer may submit complaints concerning the service using the following contact details: Telephone: +36 30 583 7137
Email: info@old.insedo.hu The customer may submit a complaint to the service provider orally or in writing. The service provider must examine an oral complaint immediately and remedy it as necessary. In the case of an oral complaint made by telephone or other electronic communications service, it must be sent to the consumer within 30 days at the latest, together with the substantive reply, in accordance with the rules on replies to written complaints. In all other respects it must proceed as follows for written complaints. Unless a directly applicable legal act of the European Union provides otherwise, the business must reply to a written complaint in substance in writing within thirty days of receipt and take steps to communicate it. A shorter deadline may be set by legislation and a longer one by an act. The service must give reasons for any position rejecting the complaint. - Detailed complaint handling information
- Online dispute resolution platform
The European Commission has set up a website where consumers can register and settle disputes relating to online purchases by submitting a request, avoiding court proceedings. This allows consumers to enforce their rights without being prevented by, for example, distance. If you wish to complain about a product or service bought online and do not necessarily want to go to court, you can use the online dispute resolution tool. On the portal, you and the trader you have complained about can jointly select the dispute resolution body you want to handle the complaint. The online dispute resolution platform is available here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=HU
The total amount payable, as shown in the order summary and confirmation email, includes all costs.

Accordingly, for orders placed electronically, the customer may withdraw from the contract within 8 days without giving reasons. 10. Miscellaneous provisions
Matters not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions are governed by the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and, in the case of consumer contracts, by the provisions of Government Decree 45/2014 on distance contracts.
