T2M: Twin Transition Manager development program

Objectives

• define the professional and competence profile of the Twin Transition Manager;
• integrate digital, green and entrepreneurial competences into a coherent higher education framework;
• develop a modular higher education curriculum for the new professional profile;
• strengthen the capacity of universities to respond to sustainability and digital transformation;
• improve cooperation between higher education and SMEs;
• test the curriculum with teachers and students in different European countries;
• create a transferable model that can support wider adoption by universities and education providers.

Key results

• a validated competence framework for the Twin Transition Manager;
• a modular Twin Transition Manager curriculum and at least five sample courses;
• 35 trained university teachers;
• two rounds of pilot implementation involving approximately 800 students;
• active cooperation with at least 20 SMEs;
• a Book of Good Practices;
• Validation and Impact Report;
• a transferability model and guidelines for universities and VET providers;
• pathways for recognition through micro-credentials and digital badges;
• preparation of a proposal for a future Joint Master Degree.
