Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Native English Language Teacher to join our growing team at INSEDO Language School. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping individuals enhance their language proficiency in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive English language classes for professionals at various companies.
• Create and implement effective lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of the corporate clients.
• Provide constructive feedback and assessments to help students progress in their language skills.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop and enhance teaching materials.
• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements:

• Native English speaker with a neutral accent.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in teaching English to adults, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
