Develop Your Team with Up to HUF 150 Million in Funding

The priority project GINOP Plus 3.2.1-21 is entitled “Improving the adaptability and productivity of employees and companies through workforce development.”

It provides significant targeted funding for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large companies to organise subsidised training for their employees, thereby increasing labour-market adaptability and productivity. In this post we summarise the project's most important features and the benefits that may be relevant to companies.

The aim of the project is to support companies in adapting to changes in the economy and labour market—particularly the new challenges created by digitalization and technological development—and in developing a workforce capable of supporting exports.

The project can fund professional and vocational training, digital and IT skills development, management and soft-skills training, and language training.

The non-repayable, conditional support—co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus and the Hungarian budget—covers training costs, wage subsidies compensating for working time lost during training and, for micro and small enterprises, the costs of professional implementation.

Any micro, small or medium-sized enterprise or large company that meets the funding conditions for adult education may be a beneficiary. The available amount is substantial: micro, small and medium-sized enterprises may apply for up to HUF 75 million, while large companies may apply for up to HUF 150 million, with support per participant reaching up to HUF 350,000. The funding intensity is 70% for micro and small enterprises, 60% for medium-sized enterprises, and 50% for large companies.

Applications are closed.

The grant can be ideal for any company that considers continuous workforce development, increased organisational adaptability, and improved workplace productivity important. It can be particularly useful for companies wishing to expand digital, technical, or management competencies, and for those wanting to train employees to improve competitiveness, especially where studying alongside work is difficult for employees.

For our clients, we undertake the complete implementation and management of the project, including

  • eligibility verification
  • project preparation
  • completion and submission of the application
  • delivery of training in three areas (language, IT/digital, and soft-skills training)
  • financial settlement
  • project closure and monitoring.
